Is Fair Oaks launching a Spanish Immersion program?

Yes. Edquisitive Montessori Fair Oaks is launching a Spanish Immersion program in August 2026 — the only dual-language Montessori program in the Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch area. The program will integrate Spanish immersion with Montessori methodology, taught by trained bilingual guides. Early enrollment is open now. Families interested in dual-language Montessori can also explore Spanish Grove Academy, the Edquisitive Stone Oak campus that has run a full Spanish Immersion program since 2010.

The Montessori-plus-inquiry foundation prepares children equally well for public, private, and gifted-and-talented programs.

What are the teacher credentials at Fair Oaks?

The Fair Oaks leadership team brings 95+ combined years of early childhood experience. Lead teachers are trained in Montessori methodology, with several holding 15+ year specialties — including Ms. Sandra (40+ years Montessori), Mr. Steven Whewell (Head of School, 25+ years), Ms. Judith (Asst. Head of School, 15+ years), and Ms. Maria (Spanish Specialist, 15+ years). Every classroom is led by a credentialed early childhood educator, not a rotating staff.

What are the teacher-to-child ratios at Fair Oaks?

Edquisitive Montessori Fair Oaks intentionally maintains classroom design capacity below the maximums permitted by Texas state licensing. Smaller groups support deeper Montessori work cycles, more individualized attention, and the consistent guide-child relationships that drive long-term outcomes. Specific group sizes vary by classroom and age — schedule a tour to see exact configurations and meet the lead teacher in your child’s age group.

How does Fair Oaks compare to other Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch preschools?

The Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch area has a small number of Montessori and traditional preschool options. Edquisitive Montessori Fair Oaks is the only Cognia-accredited Montessori preschool on the I-10 corridor and one of only two Montessori options in Boerne. All-inclusive tuition covers meals, materials, and enrichments — no extra fees.

We also accept CCS, Military CCA, and TEFA — eligible families may receive up to $10,500 per year toward tuition.

Does Fair Oaks accept CCS, CCA, or TEFA?

Yes to all three.
